"Dead" Lady Comes Back to Life

This is really freakin' weird. Val Thomas, a West Virginia woman, had two heart attacks which lead to no brain waves occuring for more than 17 hours. Then her heart stopped and she was considered dead by doctors. Rigor Mortis, the condition that causes dead bodies to stiffen had already set in and her fingers had began to curl. A respiratory machine kept her "lifeless" body breathing for consideration for organ donation. Ten minutes after they pulled everything other than the respirator she woke up and started talking to people in the room.
